Lighthouse Point is the best city and together we can make it better. The LHP Advisory Board will be our community platform that residents of Lighthouse Point will organically build together; one day at a time.
Our Advisory Board will consist of groups in our community with selected chairmen. These groups will consist of locals areas such as different sectors of LHP, The Police Department, The Fire Department, Public Works/Parks & Recreation, Soroptimist, Moms Club, Exchange Club, Rotary Club, Local Business Owners, LHPYC, Boating Club, Cruising Club, and all other local committees. We will elect leaders from within our community to chair each group and a board of directors to represent our Advisory Board to our city officials and administration.
Our board will be self supporting. Our primary purpose will be to gather community challenges and feedback so we can work together to help our city grow stronger systems. The only requirement is to be kind and positive; fair and consistent. Our board will not be used for personal/business gains or agendas. The LHP Advisory Board will represent our community and fight for the best interest of community.
